This program is our most popular and is a one-stop shop to acquire a suitable multifunction device (print, copy, scan) for use within your department, lab, or center.
MIT Copytech will search for the right model and price based on departmental requirements and input, work with our vendors to organize installation of the new equipment and removal of the old, and support all aspects of device management. Lease costs for larger equipment can be spread over 36 months, or DLCs can purchase equipment outright and still take advantage of our services.
Services include:
- Determining the DLC’s best equipment options based on your needs and providing vendor quotes on applicable equipment.
- Scheduling and organizing delivery, setup, and training on any new equipment.
- Working with internal IT groups or IS&T to set up new equipment on the network.
- Providing a request tracker email for customers to contact with any copier issues.
- Routinely monitoring supplies and device performance.
- Managing all invoicing associated with the device.
- Customizing monthly internal billing to single or multiple cost object assignments through SAP and providing backup spreadsheets outlining usage and charges.
- Overall equipment management for a small monthly fee per device.
More than 100 DLCs are currently enrolled in our programs, spanning the entire campus from Building W98 to E94.
